I just wanted to reach out and see how everyone is doing with parts and service on your Thomas buses. We are working hard to ensure your parts are delivered on time and our Iowa service locations are taking care of your needs. You can download a service map here. Speaking of advantages, Daimler is developing a new on-line ordering system called Excelerator and will be rolling it out in the next 3-4 months. That system will contain parts images, bill of materials, and VIN verification to name just a few of its attributes to save you time and help to get you the right parts the first time. You will see more info about this system as we get closer to the launch date. 
 
I have attached our IPS number, the Iowa service locations, and Dale Mohr’s contact information. Dale is your Bus Sales contact for bids and specs for Thomas Buses, he has been with Thomas Bus for 10 years and has a lot of knowledge of parts and warranty information.
